How much does life insurance cost?
It depends on your age, health, lifestyle, and the type and amount of coverage you choose. Term life is generally the most affordable, often less than the cost of a phone plan for younger applicants. Send us a quote request and we'll give you a real number. No obligation.
Do I need travel insurance if I have provincial health coverage?
Yes. BC's MSP covers very little when you're outside of Canada, sometimes only a few hundred dollars a day toward hospital costs that can easily run into the tens of thousands. Travel medical insurance bridges that gap.
What's the difference between a broker and an insurance agent?
An agent typically works for one insurance company and can only sell that company's policies. As an independent brokerage, we work for you, comparing options across many insurers to find the policy that actually fits, often at a better price.
Is my information kept private?
Absolutely. All client information is handled in line with Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and is shared with insurers only as needed to provide you with quotes and coverage.
How long does it take to get a quote?
For most life and travel insurance requests we get back to you with quotes within one business day, often the same day. More complex life insurance applications (with medical underwriting) may take longer.
